Right of Way acquisitions
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks the services of a consulting firm to perform all services necessary to prepare appraisals, negotiate all necessary properties, and perform all relocation services required for the completion of right of way acquisition on each project according to the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures outlined in Part II hereof. It should be noted that at this time the scope of services includes five (5) relocations.
