Richland Village is located in the eastern portion of Buena Vista Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey and is predominantly oriented along the Harding Highway, U.S. Route 40 corridor,Township is seeking a developer to prepare all necessary plans and documents as relating to the design, construction and implementation of the Richland Village Redevelopment Plan within the priority area and in concert with the established theme of railroad style designed commercial/retail buildings, structures and uses currently existing within Richland Village.
