Well known, large nonprofit is seeking 5-7 non-profit or community based organizations to colocate and collaborate in a Community Enrichment Center in Northeast Los Angeles area (Atwater Village) and provide social services to meet identified communtiy needs, including career resources; financial literacy and asset building; educational attainment (youth & adult), family strengthening and counseling services, and general health services. Selected agencies will be offered 5 year subleases for 500 - 5,000 sq ft at very competitive rates and includes uniformed guard services; janitorial, building and grounds maintenance; utilities; and other amenities. Proposers may submit questions and schedule site visits by January 7, 2014.
