Respiratory Consultations and Equipment

The purpose of this RFP is to select one or more companies to contract with UMDNJ to provide
respiratory consultations, related equipment, and associated replacement equipment supplies for inmates
and civilly committed resident populations of the NJDOC. Some of the equipment, specifically
equipment designed for one-patient use, will be purchased. Wherever possible UMDNJ desires to rent
equipment designed for multiple patient use. UMDNJ is interested in receiving proposals from
professionally qualified firms that perform all three of the following functions:
