Reservoir Assessment
Scope of Services
Evaluate west side of reservoir cover options. A review of the applicability to install a
new floating cover, metal fixed cover, and possibility of installing a new pre-stressed tank
in the middle of the west side. This alternative evaluation shall include cost estimates.
Condition Assessment:
Exterior: Assessment of the condition of the Reservoir and Pump Station building
includes, but is not limited to, the existing (stained) brick and mortar including parapet
wall, stone foundation and mortar, window assemblies and window sills, doors, door
frames and hardware, clay tile roof, roof overhang and eaves, gutters and
downspouts, existing penetration of the drain line for the condenser, lighting, and
ringwall stone.
Recommendations on all necessary repairs, tuck pointing of stone and new exterior
lighting.
Interior: Assessment of the condition of the Pump Station building includes, but is not
limited to, the existing walls, floors, ceiling, doors, door frames and hardware, and
windows and all interior surface finishes and coatings.
Recommendations on all necessary repairs.
Submittals shall include 10 draft copies of the report and 10 final copies of the report.
