Requirements Development of a Work Order/Asset Management System
The City of Fort Worth is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to assist with establishing requirements for a Work Order/Asset Management System (WOAMS) to maximize both the effectiveness and longevity of the Citys Storm Water infrastructure, highly leverage the utility fees collected from citizens, and minimize the cost of assets over their service life. Staff desires to improve the ability to quantify field work, assess infrastructure, identify critical assets, develop and align performance metrics with priorities, and establish a standardized method of documentation across the spectrum of WOAMS tasks.
