The Project will consist of a total of 235 new construction units of affordable housing, demolition, and site infrastructure. The Project will be performed in four phases over an estimated 30 months. Interested GCs will be working on a site with existing residents and will coordinate the demolition and new construction activities with the developer's relocation team. The Project's construction budget is approximately $40 million.
