The Office of the Attorney General (“OAG”) is seeking outside counsel (“Assistant Counsel”) to assist OAG and the Maryland Transit Administration (“MTA”) with legal matters, including advice and litigation, arising from the construction of three major transportation projects: the Red Line, the Purple Line, and the Corridor Cities Transitway (“CCT”).
