Request for Proposals to Provide Legal Services
The Shasta Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) is accepting proposals to provide legal counsel
services to LAFCO. The Commission is most interested in an arrangement that provides basic legal
services, on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor will serve at the discretion of the Commission
and work under the direction of the Commissions Executive Officer.
