Request for Proposals to Provide Electric Capacity, Energy and Ancillary Services

The Long Island Power Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting proposals for up to 1,000 MW of new and/or repowered generation from experienced and qualified entities to sell capacity, energy, and ancillary services to LIPA. Such generators may be located on Long Island or provide the stated products to LIPA from existing or new off-Island resources via a proposed new cable or generation connection to Long Island.
