Request for Proposals for Engineering Design Services
The buildings have received numerous fire code violations which are detailed in a report.
The County is requesting design and engineering services to address these violations and satisfy all regulatory agencies and to be consistent with all future court house development plans. Because of the age of the building and the materials used to construct it, there is a high probability of encountering asbestos containing materials.
