The Texas Lottery Commission is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified Proposers to submit proposals to enter into an agreement with the Texas Lottery for the performance of the Annual Financial Audit and Mega Millions Agreed-Upon Procedures Engagement. Only Proposers that are Texas State Board of Public Accountancy certified public accounting (CPA) firms or individuals will be considered. Proposers responding to this RFP are expected to provide the Texas Lottery with information, evidence and demonstrations that will permit awarding a contract in a manner that provides the best value to the Texas Lottery.
