The Nebraska Community Foundation (Foundation), as agent for the North Platte Decree Committee (NPDC), is seeking the services of an Expert with knowledge in bendway weir design and river hydraulics, to develop a feasibility design study for placement of bendway weirs upstream of the Wyoming-Nebraska Stateline flow measurement site located on the North Platte River.
