Request for Proposal Municipal Attorney
The City of Jonesboro, Georgia is soliciting sealed proposals for providing Municipal Legal services.
Scope of services will include: (A) ability to attend Council meetings, when requested. (B) Representation offered to the City in assigned litigations; (C) Ability to deal with the demands and needs of the Councilmembers, the Mayor and other staff members in providing legal actions/opinions; (D) Ability to review and prepare Resolutions and Ordinances, as assigned, for the City Council & Mayor to consider and turn around time for same; (E) Demonstrate other areas of expertise that may be accessed.
