Request for Proposal IP Telecommunications System
The purpose of the RFP is to obtain proposals for providing telecom services to the City and its organizations. Vendors receiving this RFP shall hereinafter be referred to as “bidders” throughout this document.
It is the City's policy to seek out cost-efficient services while retaining the highest quality of services available. As a consequence, an emphasis will be placed not only on cost but also on feature/functionality and how bidder’s performance can be tracked and verified.
