Request for Proposal For: Investment Consulting Services for Defined Benefits Programs
Each consultant contractor shall be required to perform the services listed in connection with the respective portfolio.
Collectively, the contractors shall provide:
a) General investment consulting services
b) Private equity investment consulting services
c) Real estate investment consulting services
d) Hedge fund investment consulting services
for the following common pension investment funds (Funds) currently under DOI management:
a) Fund A (domestic equities)
b) Fund B (domestic fixed income)
c) Fund D (international equities and fixed income)
d) Fund E (alternatives, i.e., real assets, real estate, private equity, and hedge funds)
