Request for Proposal Domestic Relations Pilot Projects
The State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) is seeking requests for proposals (RFPs) from
Michigans circuit courts to implement four types of domestic relations pilot projects. The
domestic relations pilot projects will focus on the use of: expedited docketing, nonadversarial
language, informal docket, and parenting time plans. The SCAO will select no more than six
circuit courts to test these four domestic relations pilot projects. Each court will implement only
one of the four pilot projects.
