The State of North Carolina's Department of Insurance (the "Department") is seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms to perform a review of the Department's current actuarial rate review processes for commercial medical health insurance products as well as any new rate review processes which are developed as a result of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (PPACA).
