This years theme, The Changing Diversity Footprint: Moving from Reflex to Inclusion addresses the reality that
diversity is here and our footprint has changed. The time has come to get beyond our initial instinctual reactions to
difference and move to proactive strategies that build cross-cultural connections, and incorporate the strengths and
assets diverse people bring to our communities and organizations.
