EnCase Forensic Software License Support
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W91WAW-17-R-0126 for renewal of the EnCase Forensic Software Site License. W91WAW-17-R-0126, is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the Government's requirement provided in the attached STATEMENT OF WORK, for the term of 5 September 2017 - 4 September 2018 with two (2) twelve month option years.
The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 511210. (i) This procurement is being solicited under full and open competition procedures. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) type contract. Offerors must submit quotes on the full quantity identified in the Attached REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL document. Government intends to make an award to the Contractor who submits the lowest price, technically acceptable quote that is deemed responsive and responsible by the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to make no award under this procedure. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Capability and Price.
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the United States Criminal Investigation Division (USACIDC) intends to solicit and award one (1) Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract for EnCase Forensic Software License Support. The Contractor shall provide software maintenance support as listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
The requirements and Contract Line Item Numbers for this Request for Proposal are listed in the following attachments. Contractors are to complete the Request for Proposal and return by the posted Response Date.
