Request For Proposals: Legal Services
The Transit Authority is pleased to issue this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to qualified firms interested in providing legal services to the Authority. During this RFP process, the Authority will entertain proposals that describe the Proposing Firms’ history, organization, experience, and approach to providing legal services to public entities.
The Authority anticipates that the selected Proposing Firm will enter into a three (3) year contract with two 1-year options that provides for both on-going services (“Retainer”) as well as special services.
