The County is seeking a firm to propose an alternative use for the existing County Boys Ranch which was previously used as a detention facility for juveniles. Institutional security fences surround both the primary complex and maintenance shops. The County is interested in proposals from an entrepreneurial enterprise interested in using the existing property for any such purpose they may deem relevant, such as a summer camp or Scout camp, a training camp for a law enforcement agency, or a corporate retreat, just for example.
