Representation of State Employees Retirement Commission
The Office of the Attorney General is seeking proposals to provide certain legal services involving representation of the State Employees Retirement Commission in defense of administrative proceedings and litigation by state employees asserting rights to additional pension compensation based upon longevity payments as a result of the decision of the Conn. Supreme Court in Longley v. State Employees Retirement Commission.
