Replace and Upgrade Static VAR Compensators and Associated Systems

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit turnkey (design build) proposals from qualified contractors for replacement and upgrades of control and associated systems and items of three static Var Compensators. The contract (period of work) is expected to be between 18 and 24 months in length. This lead contractor for this procurement will be required to be a licensed contractor in the State of Alaska at the submission of the proposal.
