consists of the removal and replacement of the existing direct fired laboratory make-up air unit with a new hot water heating, DX cooling air handling unit. In addition, a new hot water heating system and outdoor condensing unit will be added as well as an expansion to the existing Building Automation System (BAS) to control the new equipment.
