Replace Gas Line
The purpose of these specifications is to describe the minimum requirements for replacement of the gas line at the City Board Complex. The Contractor awarded the contract shall be responsible for the entire scope of work and shall provide all required supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, fuel, licenses, insurance etc. to complete the work within the desired time.
Work shall consist of the following.
Complete removal, including disposal, of the existing gas line, and replacement with gas line as specified below including all related joints, couplings, modifications to two existing risers and gas meter as necessary, and fittings for a complete operable system,. The Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary permitting and coordinating inspections.
