Replace / Repair Air Conditioning
A site tour and Pre-Bid Conference will be held Thursday, April 8th, 2010. A site visit is mandatory, prior to bidding this project.
The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to the following as described in the construction documents:
Replace compressor and condenser coil in the existing mechanical unit. Provide new refrigerant lines and refrigerant and make system fully operational. Replace two roof top AC units for Cottage 3. Replace two roof top AC units for Cottage 4 as an alternate bid. Comb out fins on various mechanical units around campus that are bent up from the hail.
