The purpose of the contract resulting from this solicitation is to conduct a process and impact evaluation of the Alaska Renewable Energy Grant Recommendation Program (REGRP) from its inception through December 31, 2011 and provide recommendations to the Authority and the State to consider regarding the future of the program. A draft report for the Phase I Process valuation is expected to be delivered by February 1, 2012 with a final report for the Phase II Impact Evaluation due no later than April 1, 2012.
