Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) Retrofit

The Cooperative's objective is to update our legacy Remote Terminal Units without doing any rewiring at the RTU or require any database changes. PEC is seeking the services of a company that is capable of providing us with a complete retrofit kit that is easily installable. PEC is looking for a Bidder that can retrofit nine (9) RTU: five (5) Leeds and Northrup C300's and four (4) Systems Northwest 8600's.
These services will require on-site assistance of approximately three days and will require spare components to be added as an option.
