The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a vendor to provide the State Controller's Office (SCO) with BMC Remedy Service Desk 7.5 and associated implementation services to assist the SCO in providing electronic capture of inquiries and route detail information to appropriate resources to resolve operational issues for the 21st Century Project (TFC Project). The Bidder will be responsible for providing licenses and services through the term of the contract.
