Reliability Improvement Project

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (Proposers) experienced in the supply and/or modernization of hydroelectric power plants interested in performing a Reliability Improvement Project. The purpose of the Reliability Improvement Project is to modernize the vertical-shaft Pelton turbine generating Unit with modern, state-of-the-art equipment and controls system. The Project will improve the plant reliability and increase the plant availability.
