Modify date of availability of solicitation Refuse and Recycling Services Johnstown PA
The government requires refuse and recycling services for a base period of 12 months beginning on or about 1 March 2014 to 28 February 2015 plus four, one-year option periods. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to dispose of refuse and recyclables in strict accordance with the performance work statement. Pricing shall be inclusive of all fuel surcharges and any other fees or charges and any applicable state Growing Greener Act fees. Containers will be placed as directed by on-site facility coordinator. Services are located at five (5) Reserve facilities in Johnstown PA.
A single firm fixed price award shall be made as a result of the solicitation.
The solicitation is for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement shall be 100% set aside to small business. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 562111, which has a small business size standard of $35.5 million. Interested offerors are encouraged to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
