Redistricting Counsel
The City Council will be adopting ordinances in the near future describing newly adopted boundaries. The City may face litigation regarding one or both of the proposed redistricting plans. Counsel should have experience in defending City Ordinances in both State and Federal Courts with specific experience regarding redistricting plans. Counsel should also have expertise regarding the laws, rules and regulations governing redistricting plans, including State and Federal Constitutional requirements,
