Recruitment and Retention Services
to solicit proposals from qualified bidders who will deliver Recruitment and Retention Services to Resource Families for theDepartment of Human Services Beginning on July 1, 2011. Activities will include recruiting Resource Families providing pre-service training, completing home studies, and providing support services to Resource Families and post-adoptive families.
