Real Estate Advisory Services Development of Airport Property
The City of Tallahassee (herein referred to as City) and the Tallahassee Regional
Airport (herein referred to as TLH) are issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
from Real Estate Development Consulting firms and/or Commercial Real Estate
Developers to assist the City of Tallahassee in determining how best to maximize
economic development and development opportunities for property located at and
around the Tallahassee Regional Airport. The City is seeking a partner that will take a
holistic, analytical approach that thoroughly examines the airport property and its
surrounding context in terms of physical site analysis, market research, regulatory
assessment, infrastructure assessment, etc. with the goal of providing a comprehensive
master development program for the airport and surrounding properties.
