Raw Water Vertical Turbine Pump
Pump specified herein shall be manufactured to bolt to an existing discharge head,
24†x 24†Hydrofoil as manufactured by Peerless Pump Division, part number
V17341 and powered by an existing U.S. Motor WPâ€1, 200 HP, 60 Hz, 460V, 885
RPM, 3â€PH, with variable frequency drive.
Given that the specified pump will be powered by the above referenced variable
frequency drive motor, a pump design that providesthe highest efficiency over the
entire operating speed range shall be preferred and an additional consideration for
award.
