RIVER BARGE PARK MARINA & BOAT LAUNCH: PHASE ONE
The Work of this Contract generally consists of providing all labor, equipment,
materials, tools, and services necessary to dredge approximately 2,700 CY of river
sediment with a environmental clamshell and construction of a pile anchored 31-slip
marina with two gangways and one rowing dock, a pile supported pre-cast concrete boat
ramp, approximately 370 LF of steel pile bulkhead with concrete cap and tieback system, a
gravel beach for kayak launching and the creation of a low salt wetland edge. The
Contract Time is 150 consecutive calendar days from the start date in the Notice-to-
Proceed letter.
