Inviting responses to this Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals ("RFQ/P") from private development teams to act as the Master Planning and Development Team to develop and implement, in partnership with NHA and various other stakeholders, an area redevelopment plan for the Seth Boyden Terrace public housing site and surrounding community, as part of the planned Dayton Street Neighborhood Transformation Plan. Seeking responses from qualified Master Planning and Development Teams with broad experience in public housing and mixed-finance development, as well as familiarity with the most recent Choice Neighborhoods Initiative ("CNI") Notice of Funding Availability. This solicitation will be conducted in two parts. Part I shall consist of the Request for Qualifications; Part II the Request for Proposals. The date and time for the Part I pre-meeting, and submission date can be found in the solicitation document.
