Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana is seeking proposals from qualified parties for a tenant operator of a new restaurant and bar to be located in the new $50MM event center and hotel complex. Construction will begin in June of 2012 and be completed late 2013. Interested parties should contact Tim Jensen of the Veridus Group, Inc. to register for updates and addendums. A pre-proposal meeting will occur on June 28th at 2pm in the Back Lot room at Hollywood Casino and proposals are due no later than 5pm EDT on July 11, 2012. Project award is expected by July 31, 2012.
