The intent of the RFP is to select a qualified company to perform Uniform Physical Condition Standard Inspections in accordance with HUD guidelines and regulations. Owner intends to inspect all units and buildings at approximately six (6) family low-rise complexes (approx. 2,210 units), twenty-seven (27) townhouse complexes (approx. 2,490 units) and ten (10) elderly complexes (approx. 2,700 units); a total of approx. 7,730 units each year.
