The Request for Proposals and Qualifications (RFPQ) is being circulated to EP’s with experience in EPA Brownfield Assessment processes to include those administered by federal, state, local, and tribal response programs. The Nation is seeking an EP who can achieve all objectives cost effectively, in the detail required by the granting agency and the Nation’s grant policy, and within the timeline prescribed in the work plan as adjusted by the contract. In addition, the EP is to meet the Nation’s cultural needs, while simultaneously adhering to government program requirements.
