ACDI/VOCA is soliciting proposals from organizations capable of providing seed testing equipment as per the attached specification and quantity to ACDI/VOCA Ethiopia, AGP-AMDe project. AGP-AMDe reinforces USAID's presence in Ethiopia as a key technical leader in agribusiness and food security, as well as cooperative development and selected value chains. Preference shall be given to goods, materials and services sourced from Geographic Code are 937 as defined in US regulations (22 CFR 228).
