RFP FOR SMART GROWTH VISIONING/PLANNING SERVICES
Through this Request for Proposal and Qualifications (RFP), the Township of Evesham (hereinafter the Township) seeks to engage a planning consultant to provide professional services associated with a New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Smart Growth Visioning Grant. The focus of the proposed project is to conduct a broad based community visioning exercise that will result in a concept plan for the future land uses in the vicinity of the Marlton Circle and Main Street Corridor.
