The Texas Education Agency (TEA) on behalf of the State Board of Education (SBOE) and the Texas Permanent School Fund (TPSF) seeks to identify traditional long-only Emerging Market Equity (EME) investment managers (Managers) qualified to provide investment management services for the TPSF's equity investment portfolio. To the extent necessary, the manager(s) will be evaluated from strategies with the following (ex-post) tracking error ranges: 0-50bps and 50-200bps. Multiple strategy opportunities exist. Respondents should submit separate responses for each strategy proposed.
