Requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Arbitrage Compliance Consulting and Related Services including, but not limited to, a five year Arbitrage Rebate Calculation on original Series 2004 $200,420,000 Port Authority-Port Newark Marine Terminal Additional Rent Backed Bonds. Certified public accounting firms, law firms and other qualified consultants are invited to submit a proposal to provide, on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity ("ID/IQ") basis, the services set forth in this Request for Proposal.
