The Partnersip is the lead child welfare agency in the County and is seeking assistance/consultation in advancing and integrating evidence-based & evidence-informed practice into our community service delivery continuum. We are looking for a team of experts who have at least 3-5 years experience integrating evidence-based practice into a statewide system in order to assess the readiness of our system of care and to implement a more evidence-based and evidence-informed service delivery continuum. We would like someone to assist our system to deliver a plan for expanding the use of evidence-based practice as appropriate including providing us a proposal to provide technical assistance in order to implement the program plan.
