RESIDENTIAL FORECLOSURE
The Sixth Judicial Circuit seeks sealed proposals from qualified Vendors to serve as a
Program Manager to implement and manage a mediation program for residential foreclosure
cases. The services are to be provided in accordance with Administrative Order AOSC09-54
adopted by the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court on December 28, 2009, and provided
as further defined herein. The services will include but are not limited to providing a
comprehensive response to homestead residential mortgage foreclosure cases by fully managing
the mediation process from referral through reporting on the completed mediation process,
including: recruitment and training of Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediators; premediation
referral to approved foreclosure counselors; referral to reduced fee, pro bono, and free
legal services; facilitating the exchange of documents and information between the parties; and
satisfying other requirements as described in AOSC09-54 and in Section C, Scope of Services,
below.
