Contractor to manage the Riverfront Parking Garage in accordance with specific guidelines determining operating, staffing, and maintenance requirements.The proposed contract for services will be a three-year contract, to begin on November 1, 2010, with the Downtown Parking Authority having the option to renew the contract for one additional year.
