REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES
The work to be performed by the successful proposer shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. Editorial and Production of a single two sided page Newsletter. 1000 11 x 17, printed two sides, folded to be a self-mailer, to include logo, photos/graphics and text. Price to include consultation and interaction; writing and photography, concept, design and layout; cropping, scaling and scanning of photos; (non-color separated computer print-out of mechanical); draft copy(ies) to be supplied for corrections/revisions and then provide copy for final approval.
2. Press Release on Budget; four variations customized for various Community newspapers; (draft copy to be supplied for corrections/revisions and then final copy for approval); cost to include distribution to various newspapers.
3. Press Release on Appointment of Officers, (draft copy to be supplied for corrections/revisions and then final copy for approval); cost to include distribution to various newspapers/media sources.
