The Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED) is seeking proposals from
bidders to assist the IDED with creation and development of the State of Iowas five (5) year
consolidated plan for housing and community development as required the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The IDED has re-examined it original request
for proposal and has determined that additional services are required.
